On the Island of the outer banks, there is a local flair that is inescapable. The availability of fresh seafood year round lends itself to the menus we create for your event. The foundation for great food is found in the ingredients. We use the freshest of products, from local produce, line caught fish straight from the sea to locally harvested clams and shrimp.

In addition to the local abundance of seafood, bay Club Catering is rooted in the philosophy of the diversity that food can bring to peoples lives. From Southern style BBQ’s ,Clam bakes or Grilled picnics on the beach, to an elaborate Italian, Indian or Thai style throw down banquet, we will offer you a menu designed especially for your event.

As you and your guests should enjoy the cuisine Bay Club has to offer, we feel the service that we provide to you is equally important. Our experienced staff in the kitchen is a natural link to the attendants that will provide service to your guests. All members of our team have a thorough understanding of the type of event we design for you and are familiar with the cooking techniques and ingredients that have gone into each item.
